I highly recommend you use the new save system since it stops any save corruption bugs. Just add the Silent Hill 3 folder as an antivirus exception. Your antivirus may detect it as a virus but this is a false positive. Extract the files to where you have Silent Hill 3 installed. Go onto pc gaming wiki on Silent Hill 3 and install the patch by Steam006. Like issues in saving files or missing voice/sound files then follow this small guide just copy it and paste it into your game file! so that it will replace the role of the old uncracked-luncher and it has the same name as the old launcher. in your game file after you extracted them from the original. you will find it in a folder by the name. so get rid of it and replace it with the cracked launcher that actually works (even without mounting the CD / ISO file). Ow one more step left for you to play the game! 2\\Turn off any anti-virus just in case they may cause any issues in the installation or block any files 1\\Extract the ISO file to a folder you want the game to be in then install the game normally using (I recommend setting the path to the same game file you chose to extract the ISO file to)
